(2) The Shakespeare Bic (25) A single BIC pen wrote an entire book in Shakespeare’s own handwriting.

Shakespeare's original manuscripts, including Romeo and Juliet, are lost.

BIC saw an opportunity to honor his legacy while showcasing the incredible durability of its pen, designed to write up to 3 km.

BIC crafted an entire book using just one pen. Combining the skills of a calligrapher, the expertise of a forensic specialist, and the capabilities of A.I., Shakespeare's handwriting was meticulously recreated to bring to life a manuscript that matched the lost original.

The play returned to where it all began: the author's hometown and its Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Thanks to this donation, the public can now see how Shakespeare would write with a BIC pen.
